Good Things Need Permission.

The Kingdom of God needs your willingness and intentionality. The kingdom of darkness just needs your carelessness and neutrality.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
GOOD THINGS NEED PERMISSION
Good things need permission. Evil things only need opportunity.
That is why evil and bad things seem to happen more easily and more frequently than good things for many.
Jesus said, "I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door..." (Rev 3:20).
But the same bible said, "While men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat." (Matt 13:24)
Jesus needs you to open, the enemy just needs an opening.
If you're asleep, Jesus will stand at the door and keep knocking. But if you're asleep, the devil will come in through the window.
God needs your supplication to give you things. The devil just needs your distraction to give you things.
The Kingdom of God needs your willingness and intentionality. The kingdom of darkness just needs your carelessness and neutrality.
No one plants weeds. They grow on their own accord, when a fertile ground is left fallow and unattended. But even a fertile ground needs cultivation and attention to grow rice, beans and yam.
You don't need to plant weeds for your garden to grow weeds. You only need to leave the ground fallow. But you need to intentionally plant beans for your garden to grow beans.
Good things need intentionality. Evil things just need your neutrality. God needs our willingness. The devil just needs our carelessness.
When you understand this revelation, it will dawn on you that you don't need to have done anything wrong for things to go wrong. You only need to have done nothing.
Some people, when storms rise; they wonder and say; "But I didn't do anything?"
My reply? "Exactly! You didn't do anything."
Sleeping is literally doing nothing. And that is exactly what the enemy needed to sow tares among wheat, in the Lord's parable.
So waiting for things to go wrong before you pray, fast, study your bible, give, live a sanctified live, and actively serve God; is many times what made things go wring.
Never leave your altar fireless. That is automatic invitation to flies. Never leave your garden fallow. That is automatic invitation to weeds.
Your life must be one of constant and consistent willingness and intentionality in doing what the scripture instructs you, and what the Spirit inspires you.
KEEP YOUR ALTAR PERPETUALLY TENDED AND KEEP YOUR GARDEN PERPETUALLY ATTENDED.
(This was a meditation and contemplation that dropped in my spirit as I prayed last night)
I hope this blesses and instructs someone.
Grace and peace.
